Jared Forman- Partner

Jared Forman has always been driven by a passion for innovation, technology, business, efficiency, and serving others. Combined with a deep commitment to his faith and family, these values have shaped both his personal life and professional career.

As a teenager, Jared launched a mobile auto detailing business with the mentorship and support of his parents. After school each day, he and his team built a loyal client base by delivering meticulous work and exceptional customer service.

The experience taught him the importance of entrepreneurship, attention to detail, and building lasting client relationships. After several successful years, he sold the business and pursued new opportunities.

Jared temporarily paused his college education to serve a two-year mission for his church in Santiago, Chile. During that time, he immersed himself in serving others, became fluent in Spanish, and gained a broader perspective on leadership, service, and culture. Before returning home, he knew his future would be in business.

In 2004, Jared joined his father, Dean, in the employee benefits industry while simultaneously returning to college. He earned his California Life and Health Insurance License and married his wife in 2005, beginning what he considers his greatest lifelong partnership. Jared later earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, the Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC®) designation through the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP), and the Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS) designation.

Today, Jared is a Partner at Prospero Benefits Group, where he works alongside his father, Dean, and his brother, Daniel. He is dedicated to helping employers design employee benefit programs that deliver exceptional value while simplifying administration and improving the employee experience. Known for his responsiveness, strategic thinking, and client-first approach, Jared takes pride in understanding each organization's unique goals and delivering thoughtful, innovative solutions. He is especially passionate about leveraging technology and automation to improve efficiency and create a better experience for both employers and employees.

Outside of work, Jared enjoys spending time with his wife and their five children, whether serving in their community, traveling, or creating memories together. He remains an automotive enthusiast with an appreciation for both performance and craftsmanship, enjoys experiencing new restaurants, and, whenever the opportunity arises, can often be found behind the wheel during a performance driving experience at a racetrack.

Daniel Forman- Partner

Daniel acquired his love for business, insurance, and financial services in his early youth. Taught by his father to work hard and invest in the future, Daniel has eagerly pursed his education to bring increasing value to the firm. Daniel received his Bachelor’s Degree from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management in Finance in April of 2013 and shortly after was awarded his life and health license.

Since entering the insurance business in 2013, Daniel has tirelessly worked to educate himself and Prospero clients on the perpetual evolution of healthcare, government regulation, HR services, and industry technology.

Navigating these turbulent times has allowed him the necessary experience and knowledge base to effectively implement niche products and services, coordinate different lines of coverage, and to ultimately deliver otherwise unattainable results and efficiencies to clients.

Daniel devotes most of his attention to administering the benefit packages for employers with 1-100 employees. While group benefits are his primary focus, he maintains a high level of expertise in the areas of individual and family insurance, Medicare and supplemental coverages, and the complexities of government run subsidized exchanges.

When not in the office, Daniel spends as much time possible with his wife and family, raising their four young children and counting. They travel whenever they have the opportunity and take great joy in admiring the natural beauties of the world, her people and cultures. More recently Daniel and his wife founded a West African Agricultural Society, with the main goal of improving the food production and quality of life for third world residents, by investing in modern equipment and farming technologies.

Bringing sustainable solutions to individuals, families, businesses and communities is his lifelong goal and personal commitment.
